Delivery Policy:
When an online order has been received by Embroidery Express, we will notify the customer as to when the shoes will be available for pick up at our retail store. Most shoes are in stock and may be picked up 48 hours after the order has been placed (during normal business hours). Those that are temporarily out of stock are usually available within two weeks.
